Lakeport Commons opened in 2005 as a 500,000 square foot retail center and includes major anchor stores, sub-major stores and small shops, and individual restaurant and retail buildings. A lifestyle component with two sets of in-line small shops flank a landscaped commons that features a water feature.  Distinctive paving features provide a pedestrian link to each side of the lifestyle center.
