This urban redevelopment project is located on the University of Syracuse campus in Syracuse, New York.  The first phase is an 80,000 square foot mixed use component that features a wellness center and campus bookstore with first floor retail.  Design challenges include connecting to an existing parking structure on a narrow lot.  Current plans call for this structure to be LEED certified.
