SAI designed a new 44 unit mixed use residential and retail building in Waldo.  Headed by Botwin Commercial Development, this new structure shall have an optometrist office and service retail at the ground floor, and four levels of one and two-bedroom  market-rate apartments as an infill development right in the heart of the thriving Waldo District of Kansas City, Missouri. The General Contractor is Haren Companies.
