American Institute of Islamic Studies and Culture (AIISC)
Omaha, Nebraska
This 20,000 square foot multi-level facility is one of four buildings that are part of the Tri-Faith Initiative Campus. These include the Tri-Faith Initiative building, Temple Israel, the Tri-Faith Episcopal building, and the AIISC. In addition to sacred space, this structure contains cultural, recreational, and educational areas.
The Heritage at Sterling Ridge
Omaha, Nebraska
This is a 100,000 square foot assisted living center located on the site of the former Sterling Ridge Country Club in Omaha, Nebrasksa. The facility consists of 106 total units, 54 assisted living units, 30 independent living units in a two story structure and 22 memory care units in a single story building. Common areas to include; Enclosed Courtyard, Lobby, Administration Offices, Lounge, Dining, Game Room, Salon, Kitchen, Storage, Activity and Multi-purpose rooms.
Mohn & Smiley Dental Office
Leawood, Kansas
SAI has completed numerous tenant interior finishes for medical and dental offices. This 3,500 square foot dental office is a typical example of fine detailing, furniture and materials, selection chosen in collaboration with the client.
Municipal Complex
Raymore, Missouri
This 20,000 square foot complex houses the city’s government offices and emergency response services. It also serves as both anchor and the hub around which the city has created an 11 acre commercial zone allowing for 84,000 square feet of development.

Syracuse University
Syracuse, New York
This is an 80,000 square foot mixed use urban redevelopment project located on the Syracuse University campus in Syracuse, New York. Features include a wellness center and campus bookstore with first floor retail. This structure is expected to be LEED certified.
