BKV Corporate Headquarters

This is a 16,000 square foot tenant improvement for the headquarters of a nationally ranked advertising agency. Phased demolition and construction ensured that client services provided by over 60 employees were unaffected.
Ponzu Sushi and Grill
Ponzu Sushi & Grill is a Japanese themed restaurant located at the Aksarben Village entertainment district, Zone 5. This 5,000 square foot restaurant presents exotic eastern cuisine in a highly designed, contemporary setting with optional indoor and outdoor seating in addition to the sushi bar.
Mohn & Smiley Dental Office
This 3,500 square foot dental office, located in Leawood, Kansas is a typical example of fine detailing, furniture and materials, chosen in collaboration with the client.
This salon and day spa located in Leawood, Kansas, provides stations for over 20 stylists and offers a range of specialized therapeutic and beauty services housed in a state-of-the art environment.
Hendrick Lexus is located in the newly developed Merriam Pointe Auto Mall. The 41,300 square foot dealership features a mezzanine level overlooking the spacious showroom and an amenity-filled customer lounge. Modernist design coupled with efficient floor layout provides ease of sales-associate to customer interaction and a great overall sales experience. The environmentally responsive landscape planning includes perennial native grasses and a creek-bed water feature.
Slaggie Architects has recently completed a new 63,000 square foot Toyota and Scion dealership in Merriam, Kansas, for Hendrick Automotive Group. This firm is honored to have helped build this environmentally friendly facility and enjoys a continuing association with Hendrick as they expand into the Kansas City market.
This project is a 33,150 square foot renovation of a pre-existing automobile dealership to meet current local building codes and new dealer prototypical design standards.

This new car dealership is a 34,000 square foot designed to achieve Green Building initiatives as established by Honda. The design includes sales and support, enclosed display and new car delivery area, a 17 car service facility and write up, mezzanine office space and charging stations with dedicated parking for alternative fuel vehicles.
First National Bank of Lansing
The Bank of Lansing is a 15,000 square foot, two story branch bank that anchors a commercial development supported by the City of Lansing. The second floor was designed as shell space for future tenants. The interior of the bank was outfitted with wood paneling, fine materials, and high quality furnishings to create a customer friendly environment.
Kansas City, Missouri
This luxury residential condominium development is located just south of the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. The 30 units include three separate and distinct product types; townhomes, coach homes, and a residential tower. Unit sizes range from 2,000 square feet to over 3,000 square feet.
This is a 40,000 square foot, 10-theatre digital cinema with concession service and two event spaces for private engagements located within the Aksarben entertainment zone in Omaha, Nebraska.
