This 12-unit complex was designed to accommodate University students with one and two bedroom apartments ranging in size from  535 sf to 1,185 square feet and each unit includes a washer and dryer. The complex includes eight secure one car garages.  The structure and site is further enhanced with stone and brick masonry and subtle landscaping.
