SAI is designing the entertainment district on the site of the former Aksarben racetrack in Omaha, Nebraska. Development plans call for 500,000 square feet of open-air specialty retail containing major anchor stores, sub-major stores and small shops, and individual restaurant/retail buildings in a dynamic, mixed use environment.
