Lorax Building

Sited in the midst of historically significant structures and a public park, this suburban infill project presented unique design challenges and opportunities.
An open, modernist design approach was adopted for this 5,000 square foot, two and a half story professional building. The building will consist of a structural steel frame with a masonry veneer skin and a mezzanine level with steel stud construction and composite wood rain screen siding.
BKV Corporate Headquarters
Overland Park, Kansas
This is a 16,000 square foot tenant improvement for the headquarters of a nationally ranked advertising agency. Phased demolition and construction ensured that client sevices provided by over 60 employees were unaffected.
The First National Bank of Lansing
Lansing, Kansas
This is a two story,15,000 square foot branch bank that anchors a commercial development supported by the City of Lansing. The second floor was designed as shell space for future tenants. The interior of the bank was outfitted with wood paneling, fine materials, and high quality furnishings to create a customer friendly environment.
