Eagle Station
Westfield, Indiana
A Planned Unit Development sited on 17,000 acres. The plan includes
a Village Marketplace, Retail Market Center, Garden Offices, Residential Areas, a School site, Fire Station with Police Sub-Station. Recreational sites featuring an Athletic Recreational Complex, Green Ways, Parks, Trails, and open spaces are located throughout the development.
Boot Hill Museum
Dodge City, Kansas
This is a Master Plan for repurposing and redeveloping a 1950’s era historical attraction requiring close coordination with the design team and local government. The primary directive is how to best replicate an old west experience in a controlled pedestrian environment, while providing contemporary educational and entertainment offerings and amenities along with ample convenient parking.
Historic Overlay District
Dodge City, Kansas
This plan is intended to develop guidelines and standards governing the built environment in historic Dodge City, Kansas. The site consists of four distinct areas; The Boot Hill Museum, The Gunsmoke and The West Trail Street Districts, and the area to the south of Wyatt Earp Boulevard with entertainment, recreation, and hospitality.
Southport
LaVista, Nebraska
Southport is a planned development of retail, residential, and entertainment offerings strategically located at the Westport exit off I-80.
Legends Schlitterbahn Site
Wyandotte County, Kansas
This is a planned 110 acre site with a 60 acre autoplex on the east and a professional grade soccer facility, practice fields, retail and a hotel to the west. Additional area for future development is planned directly south.
Hillside
Kansas City, Missouri
This phased Urban Redevelopment plan is comprised of two distinct sites. A retail and office portion is located between the north and south bound lanes of Highway 350. The balance is primarily residential with a small portion of retail and is sited on a former quarry directly to the east.
