SAI was engaged to assist Aristocrat Motors design significant changes to their family of dealerships in Merriam, KS. The project consisted of designing the first stand-alone Porsche facility in the history of Porsche in Kansas City. Part of this project also included an addition to the Jaguar and Land Rover Showrooms.
The all-new Porsche building offers a Porsche dealership experience that rivals the thrill and luxury of the vehicles adorned by the Porsche badge. Previously, Porsche shared space with Maserati and Alfa Romeo dealerships. The new facility allows drivers to enjoy these vehicles in the context that best underscores their unique qualities.
The renovated and expanded Land Rover and Jaguar facilities offer more space, more convenience, and more luxury. The design includes new luxurious customer lounges, more than 2,500 square feet of new showroom space, two new service bays, new service advisor office, expanded parts and receiving areas.
