SAI was engaged to provide planning and design services for Corbin Crossing. The multi-family 298-unit luxury apartment complex is located in Overland Park, Kansas.
Units are offered in oversized 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR configurations ranging in size from 895 SF to 1,450 SF. Each apartment home was designed to provide residents upgraded amenities, including 9’ ceilings, large windows, ceramic tile flooring, decorative crown molding, electronic intrusion alarms, spacious walk-in closets, ceiling fans, elevator access, full size washer and dryer, and large covered private balconies and patios.
