Aksarben Village is a one million SF mixed-use development located on the land of the old Ak-sar-ben coliseum and horse track in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska.
SAI’s was engaged to plan and design “Zone 5,” a designated entertainment and hospitality district. Zone 5 currently is home to over 250,000 SF of development that includes a multi-level fitness center, themed dining offerings, and a 10-screen multiplex.
