In collaboration with Macy’s, which remains at the location as the anchor tenant, developers are working to redevelop the 92 acre site to include 125,000 SF of junior retail anchors, 89,500 SF of small shop space with prime locations surrounding Macy’s. The development also includes a 100-room hotel and 150 apartment units. In addition, the plan also provides for a 40,000 SF grocery concept, and 60,000 SF of office space. The planned development will include a “Main Street” experience with an outdoor gathering area for local concerts, special events and other attractions.
